I have a Canon DC320 PAL camcorder, which has DVD disc ROM attached to the camcorder. I know how to finalize the disc in the cam, but I don’t know how to get the video files on the computer.
If I insert the DVD, the DVD files come up on the screen, which can’t be opened by any of the video program that I have. Those files can’t even be read by the editing program that I use (Pinnacle Studio Ultimate 12).
Please help me out.
