I’m very excited – I got a USB video capture device for Christmas and I’ve been wanting to transfer some old VHS tapes to DVD.

I captured the videos from the VCR to my hard drive, but the sound quality came out terrible! Is there any way to "clean up" the sound quality? The tape is of a live music performance, so sound quality is very important. What settings are best to use?

Would it make a big difference using a 6-head VCR instead of a 4-head?
